We use only specialty grade coffee grown in all around the world.

We always seek to roast beans from different places in ways that will highlight the unique and special flavors of those beans.

Our passion for roasting and brewing the highest quality coffee is inspired by our love for God who created the coffee plants and by our respect for all those who have worked so hard to grow, harvest and process the green coffee beans. All of the work from farm to cup is done by craftsmen and women so that you can relax and enjoy the unique flavors that coffee has to offer.

We still have a lot to learn. But as we learn we are striving to be among the best coffee shops in Japan. We hope you will join us in our journey into excellence!
